As part of saving time, and getting organised, I thought I would give you this handy little quiche recipe to enable a super fast dinner. Let me know how you go or how you'd change it up!
Easy Quiche
Ingredients
4 eggs
1.5 cups of milk
1 small onion - diced
1 cup grated cheese
3 rashers of bacon - diced
0.5 cup of Self Raising Flour
A small handful of Parsley - chopped (if you want)
Method
Mix all ingredients together but do not beat. Put in a greased dish or a dish with baking paper and bake for 30-40 minutes on 180 degrees.
Easy peasy!
Options I sometimes choose are adding grated zucchini (make sure you squeeze it well otherwise it will be too runny) or putting tomato on top.
