Dementia helper

This is a great aid for my husband who has been diagnosed with dementia. First board has the weeks events. Second board gets written up with what’s happening on that day and the third board has his to do for each day like physio, speech therapy exercises, physical activity etc. It’s a great way to help him keep track.

Great for food ideas

I use these to leave messages and to write up a weekly menu for the three of us and its easy to change it when I need too and I use one of them for a shopping list as they are on my fridge and freezers

I Love all of these and make my life so much easier on a daily bases
